Z&S Partner Kory Salomone secured a zone text amendment and re-zoning in connection with a 32-acre parcel in the Town of North Castle . The text amendment and re-zoning paves the way for property that is located adjacent to IBM’s worldwide headquarters, and within a ¼ mile of Main Street in Armonk, to be developed with a 72,800 s.f. hotel consisting of 115 guest rooms, a 135 seat restaurant, a 45 seat bar and junior ballroom accommodating 100 guests on 10.06 acres. The remaining 22 acres has been re-zoned to permit 72 age-restricted town homes.
