On October 25, 2022, Kory Salomone secured amended site plan and consolidation subdivision approvals from the Village of Croton-on-Hudson Planning Board for a three-story 33,400 s.f., 29-unit multi-family building on the property located at 1380 Albany Post Road.
Kory has served as the project team’s attorney for the last two years. These approvals are the culmination of a lengthy process which included petitioning the Village Board to create zoning regulations for the Village’s North End Gateway District, the Village Board’s adoption of a Negative Declaration, and the issuance of a special permit for the multi-family use.
