David Steinmetz, Brad Schwartz and Kasey Brenner secured rezoning, site plan, and SHPO approvals on behalf of Sunrise Senior Living in Tarrytown, NY. Sunrise will develop a new 85-unit senior living facility. The project includes the adaptive reuse of the old Goebel building on the site.
