Brad Schwartz and Kate Feinman represented GoodFriend Self-Storage through the land use entitlement process. The new 4-story, approximately 90,000sf self-storage facility will transform a long-vacant site in the Town of Bedford. The project required site plan approval, area variances, and a wetland permit.
