Z&S congratulates Azorim on its opening of Miroza Tower III

Zarin & Steinmetz congratulates its client Azorim on last week’s opening of Miroza Tower III, which is located adjacent to the Ridge Hill Shopping Center and is the third residential tower to be completed by Azorim within the Ridge Hill community. This exciting project includes a 184-apartment rental building, featuring affordable housing units and amenities, including an indoor pool, track, basketball court, fitness center, children’s play room, and event space. Z&S has been working with its client for years to obtain a variety of approvals for this Tower, including land use and zoning approvals from the City of Yonkers, financial benefits from the Yonkers IDA (mortgage recording tax exemption, sales and use tax exemption, and a PILOT), and Construction Financing. Azorim will now begin work to prepare for its Tower IV at Ridge Hill.
