Zarin & Steinmetz LLP is pleased to announce the elevation of Kate Roberts Feinman to the position of Counsel. Since joining the firm in 2016, Kate has consistently demonstrated dedication and expertise in the areas of real estate transactions, IDA incentives and various other forms of project financing.

She has successfully managed some of the firm’s most complex transactional projects. Her work includes leading developers and lenders through due diligence, negotiating Land Development Agreements in public/private partnerships, as well as securing PILOTs and other benefits from IDAs. Kate’s ability to steer clients through complicated acquisition, title and financing matters has significantly advanced the firm’s capabilities.
