Zarin & Steinmetz LLP is pleased to announce that Vincent Pedone has joined the firm as an associate.

Vincent focuses on real estate development and zoning matters, guiding clients through complex compliance issues and dispute resolution. He brings a strong academic and practical background in real estate law, having earned his Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. While at Hofstra, Vincent served as Notes and Comments Editor for the Journal of International Business and Law and was an active member of the Real Estate Law Society.

During law school, Vincent gained valuable hands-on experience through a two-year internship at a landlord/tenant law firm, where he worked on a variety of real estate litigation matters. Prior to law school, Vincent earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and a Certificate in Legal Studies from the University of Georgia, providing him with a solid foundation in both business and law.
