Matt Behrens and Aaron Warner Join Zarin & Steinmetz as Associates

Zarin & Steinmetz LLP is happy to announce that Matt Behrens and Aaron Warner have joined the firm as associates.

Matt comes to the firm after serving as Chief of Staff and Project Manager for a NYC-based real estate development firm. During his time there, he managed legal and operational matters for the company, including acquisitions and financing, zoning and entitlements, and construction and engineering. Matt graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center. Prior to Law School, Mattew graduated, cum laude, from Georgetown University.

Aaron joins the firm from Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, where he focused on litigation as well as environmental and real estate law. He has worked on a variety of matters including navigating the regulatory permitting process for major electric generating facilities, class action litigation, and pro bono cases. Aaron graduated from Vermont Law School and Franklin & Marshall College.
