Brad is teaching Land Use Regulation this semester at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. His class of 2L and 3L students will learn about land use and zoning entitlements, due diligence, eminent domain, environmental regulation, Article 78 litigation, and more. Brad is drawing on his work in communities throughout the Lower Hudson Valley and on Long Island to teach his students how to apply these topics to practical, everyday considerations in the land development process.
