David and Kate successfully received site plan approval and area variances from the City of New Rochelle for renovations and additions to Iona College’s Spellman Hall and Hagan Hall. The addition to Spellman Hall will become the home to the College’s new Hynes Institute for Entrepreneurship & Innovation. Hagan Hall currently houses the College’s school of business – the renovated building will more than double the academic space available to students and faculty, and will include a variety of high-tech learning spaces, state-of-the art classrooms and computer labs, case study and meeting spaces, faculty offices, lecture halls, a business career center, media suite, and expanded trading floor classroom. The College is set to break ground on the Business School in July 2018.
