David Steinmetz & Kate Roberts recently received an approval for a 24-hour restaurant and market in the new Iona College residence hall located on North Avenue in the City of New Rochelle at the former site of the Mirage Diner. The restaurant and market will be located on the first floor of the seven-story residence hall, and will be open to the public.
