David and Brad attended a ground breaking ceremony in the Town of Cortlandt for the Cortland Crossing Shopping Center after receiving a rezoning and site plan approval for this 130,000 square foot retail center. Z&S successfully navigated a complex rezoning, regulatory and environmental process on behalf of Acadia Realty Trust.
