Biography

Vincent Pedone is a dedicated litigator who guides clients through complex real estate development and zoning matters. He focuses on regulatory compliance and dispute resolution, leveraging a strong academic foundation and hands-on experience in real estate law.

During law school, Vincent served as the Notes and Comments Editor for the Journal of International Business and Law and received a Public Service Award for Pro Bono work through his participation in Hofstra’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Clinic. He was also an active member of the Real Estate Law Society and Business Law Society. Vincent completed a two-year internship at a landlord/tenant law firm, where he drafted various motions and opposition papers, gaining valuable experience in real estate litigation.

Vincent earned his Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, graduating in 2024 on a full scholarship. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a certificate in Legal Studies from the University of Georgia.

Notable Work

  • Challenging a town’s proposed amendments to its zoning code that would limit mixed-use development and prevent the client from pursuing a mixed-use project.
  • Challenging the building permit renewal fee of a City in Westchester County as being unreasonably high. The client has completed construction on over ten stories of anew 25 story residential building, and is being asked to renew its now-expired building permit renewal for nearly $400,000.
  • Representing a property owner in Brooklyn in a dispute concerning the removal of trees along a shared property line.
