David Cooper and Brian Sinsabaugh recently secured Amended Site Plan approval from the Town of Fishkill Planning Board in connection with the final phase of Toll Brother’s Van Wyck Mews community in the Town of Fishkill. Toll is proposing to build 103 townhouses in lieu of six previously approved buildings containing condominium flats. The amended site plan included upgrades to the community’s driveway, new pedestrian connectivity and emergency vehicle access, as well as several other amenity improvements.
