Z&S Partner Kory Salomone successfully petitioned the Croton-on-Hudson Board to put zoning regulations in place for the North End Gateway District in March 2022. The North End Gateway District regulations permit the eight properties in the Gateway District to be development with mixed use or multi-family buildings. Specifically, the property located 1380 Albany Post Road is proposed to be developed with a 33,400 s.f.; 29 unit multi-family building.
