Helen Mauch & Kate Roberts recently received another approval for White Plains Hospital’s medical offices located in the Wykagyl Shopping Center at 1296 North Avenue in the City of New Rochelle. Mauch secured the original approvals for 17,112 square feet of medical office space on behalf of White Plains Hospital in 2013. The recent approval allows the hospital to expand by an additional 3,190 square feet, which will allow White Plains Hospital to add more medical offices, and enhance its radiology practice within the existing facility.
