David, Dan and Katelyn successfully received site plan approval for a 62-unit boutique memory care assisted living residence at the former site of the Cooper’s Corners Nursery in the City of New Rochelle. The assisted living residence will serve those suffering from Alzheimer’s, dementia and other memory-related illnesses and serve an unmet need for memory care senior housing in the community.
