SEQRA Findings and Preliminary Subdivision Approval in Cortlandt

25
September

David Steinmetz and Brad Schwartz guided our client through the full SEQRA and subdivision review processes for a 27-lot cluster subdivision in the Town of Cortlandt.  The Planning Board adopted SEQRA Findings and issued Preliminary Subdivision Approval at its September meeting.  The Project involved mitigating traffic concerns along Croton Avenue, creating open space parcels to preserve environmentally sensitive areas of the site, and working with neighbors to resolve tree removal and other issues.  David and Brad prepared the comprehensive SEQRA Findings Statement.  We are now helping our client form Town sewer and drainage districts, and otherwise advance towards final subdivision approval, including by securing outside agency approvals.
